1. All items here are pre-order unless stated otherwise. All items will reach 1-2 weeks after the closing date for the batch.
2. Prices are not negotiable.
3. Place your order by e-mail, we will get back to you within 24 hours.
4. Strictly no back outs once banking details have been given after confirmation of orders. Backed out buyers will be blacklisted.
6. No refunds or exchanges are allowed.
7. Not all items are 100% guaranteed available. If it happens that the item is no longer available, full refund will be given.
8. We'll provide as much information and photos as we could.
9. However, we cannot guarantee if there are some differences between the actual stock and the pictures. The quality of the items will be checked before they are sent out.
10. We will not be held responsible for any loss or damage during delivery.
11. All accessories shown are not included with purchase, unless stated.
12. Payment must be settled BEFORE closing date. Any orders or payment received after closing date will be taken for the next batch.
13. Actual colour may vary a little due to lightings/monitor resolution.
14. External usage of images or content from A Shopaholic Epitomist are prohibited unless with permission.
